You can tweak them during playback (each time),
but not (easily) permanently.

During playback, hit "MENU" and then "AUDIO" and then "AUDIO SYNC"
and adjust it with the arrow keys.

Mine takes 180msec of adjustment for O.T.A. ATSC recordings.
