Off topic; just check that you can use all three tuners at the same
time. If not, upgrade your kernel.

When I see numbers like that I just rescan. After two or three attempts things
usually look sensible.

Remember that SBS and 9 need a +125 kHz offset. Things will look better
after you adjust that.
