Just to make it clear, I think he means an HD-PVR, not a HDHomeRun. The latter 
is a DVB-T (Freeview) tuner, not a satellite tuner. An HD-PVR takes the video 
output of your Sky STB and encodes it in hardware, thus doesn't need a card or CAM.
