I am considering taking it back and getting a 210 instead but not sure on the power requirements.  ( my box failed on the 220).  Would the 210 have any other advantages?

Using a Asus M2NPV-VM motherboard. (PCIe x16 - 1.0)

What is the setting for GPU frequency scaling?
On my ION based FE I had to change this from "Adaptive" to "Prefer performance" in order to get 1080i recordings to play back without stuttering. It's in nvidia-settings -> Powermizer (I think).

I don't think I had to do this on my combined BE/FE with a 220GT card.
