Also, if you're using a V4L analog framegrabber (i.e. not a PVR-150/500 
hardware encoder and not a digital capture card and not firewire...), 
you can get this issue if you have an invalid Audio Device defined for 
the card (the audio /input/ device defined in mythtv-setup for the 
capture card not the audio output device defined in mythfrontend settings).
