I noticed some earlier threads about the PVR-350 with related comments. 
With analog RF sources being scarce in many regions I wonder whether an 
anomaly with channel scanning has been overlooked. Is there a way to 
manually populate the database with the correct settings so that, even 
if the channel scan is not functioning, the backend can be configured to 
drive a PVR-350 correctly? Could I migrate the some data from my earlier 
0.20 system that likes the PVR-350?
