Check the xmltvids you are using for your +1 channels.  Xmltv has two types
of listing for timeshifted channels, those gained from the source and those
generated from the non-timeshifted version of the channel.  If you use the
latter you will have the same title/subtitle/description for each program
and so dupe checking should kick in.  If you use the former the
subtitle/description could be different between the two channels and so dupe
check can fail.

e.g.

More 4 is :

more4.channel4.com

Plus 1 from source is :

plus-1.more4.channel4.com

Plus one generated by xmltv is :

tsod.plus-1.more4.channel4.com
