Numbers are hard to quantify because they'll be linked to price so you
get into that circular problem.

In the UK there are approximately 2m registered blind or sight
impaired of which about 1.2m are sight impaired in one form or
another.

I would 'guesstimate' the potential market is somewhere between 800k and 1.2m.

On the figures I've put together you're going to end up with a unit
cost price of

Ion Atom Mobo $150
Memory 2GB $35
Dual USB Tuner $60
Case $50
HD 500gb $100
Ancillary cables, Remote Control and other bits $50

So a total cost of about $450 before manufacture, shipping and packaging.

There will be a cost for manufacture, that is subsidised but not free.

My estimate at the moment based on the current hardware spec is the
total cost is going to come in at about $600-$700.
