Yes, it stays on, briefly went off for a few minutes when I installed it
on windows, then after a couple of resets
trying to get /dev/video4 to show up on the backend, stayed on again.
I've been unable to get it to turn off since. I can try another cable
or different usb port, but nothing has moved
on anything. It sits on my server rack on top of the server, and is
insulated from the world. :)
