[mythtv-users] Building Myth with CoreAVC

I get tge following error when I apply the coreavc patch and the build 
mythtv:

avformatdecoder.cpp: In member function 'bool 
AvFormatDecoderPrivate::InitDirectShow(AVCodecContext*)':
avformatdecoder.cpp:231: error: ISO C++ says that these are ambiguous, 
even though the worst conversion for the first is better than the worst 
conversion for the second:
