[mythtv-users] Hauppauge HVR-1800 with basic cable

I had a look at that forum and the only thing I had not tried was to
download the most recent card firmware - which I have now done. I am
running Ubuntu with kernel 2.6.22-14-generic. The v4l is the most recent
from the v4l site (I believe). The problem is consistent no matter which
interface I use, so I have to assume a card or driver issue here.
