The problem I had was that the HDHR was not recognized on bootup, which 
confused me no end until I figured it out.  The solution was to change 
my IP address to static although I have been told that DHCP (not 
roaming) would also work.

The other thing I found was that following the instructions on the 
Mythbuntu HDHomerun wiki slowly and one step at a time, even though they 
seemed illogical to me, worked much better.

And finally, I deleted all channels, all channels on this machine, did 
that three times and did it again after deleting the source, then 
deleted the source again.  Then I installed the HDHR the last time and 
it worked.  I spent about 3 hours trying to install the HDHR.  This is 
what worked.

Of course, looking at "Information" "Machine Status"?? and "Tuner 
Status" is helpful in figuring out what is going on.
