I FINALLY got this to work by deleting ALL of the tuners, video
sources, etc, but only on my master backend.  I was originally trying
on a slave backend, but that's fine for now.

However, I see MANY more channels via the command line scan
hdhomerun_config FFFFFFFF scan /tuner0 scan0.txt than I do with the
mythtv-setup scanner.  I Googled around, but all I could find is DVB
information on creating a channels.conf file.  Not much is available
on creating one with the HDHomerun.  How exactly is this file
formatted?
