Unfortunately as I mentioned I haven't been able to find where to insert my
code into SVN yet (I still run 0.20 I'm just doing some advanced exploration
of SVN browsing the source on line).

My HACK code was posted to this list a few months back if you want to try
it. But really, I'm hoping that the XVMC bit is fixed rather than my hack.
(WORKAROUND: If you don't want to use my hack you can use mythtranscode to
do a lossless mpeg2 transcode on all your problem DVB-T recordings which
strips out the offending audio tracks, of course you'll have to wait for the
recording to finish before you can do this, so chase play/pause live tv
won't work with XVMC and this method.)
