[mythtv-users] How to reset key mappings?

I seemed to have messed up my key mappings, not the ones in LIRC, but the ones 
within MythTV. 

Is there a way I can reset them? I can't seem to get back to the main screen, 
the back / exit button brings me to the guide.. DOH!..
