This looks like a very expensive SD card to me:
    *  Inputs:
          o 1394 6-pin
          o composite video (CVBS), RCA jack
          o S-video (Y/C), mini-DIN
          o NTSC, PAL, and SECAM
    * Outputs
          o 1394 6-pin
          o composite video (CVBS), RCA jack
          o S-video (Y/C), mini-DIN
          o NTSC and PAL
    * Video formats:
          o ITU-R 601
          o NTSC: 720  480 at 29.97 frames/sec
          o PAL/SECAM: 720  576 at 25 frames/sec
          o 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios
    * Video overlay:
          o Video-in-a-window support on console

Now that may do the job.
