I have this exact card and it works very well under linux.  The driver
module is DST and is supported and maintained as part of the linux-dvb
drivers.

I have a Conax cam with mine and setup was a case of ensuring dst-ca
module is loaded. I can't access my myth box atm, so I can't tell you
offhand what parameters I use when loading the modules. I do know that
I found them via google and the linuxtv mailing list.
