[mythtv-users] Any have an xorg.conf for NVIDIA that uses aspecial ModeLine?

You are absolutely correct.  Unless you have some type of non-standard
display, if you are using a modern distro, you should not need to touch the
xorg.conf file.

Unfortunately, to most Linux systems, a TV is a non-standard display and may
need some tweaking.
