You should look into the DC power bricks that people commonly use with
PicoPSUs. The common 80w Edac unit should be more than enough power
for your EPIA system and they are fairly inexpensive, as well at $40.
They are also silent (no buzzing) from what I've heard and are also
very efficient. I think even the connector should work with your LC19.

Might want to verify current draw just in case 80w isn't enough, but
it should should be.

If my Myth system drew less than 80w I would consider a PicoPSU plus that brick.
