[mythtv-users] No Livetv on frontend without backend

All of the frontends are connecting to the master backend on the right
databases.  I erased all the mysql.txt files and reconfigured each before
posting.  That is correct only the capture cards (that refer to sources on
the master backend have been created on the slave backends.
