[mythtv-users] No Livetv on frontend without backend

I can't watch livetv on any of my frontends unless there is a backend
running on the machine.  When I select Watch TV. The screen flashes then
goes back to the main menu.  Below is what is logged on my master backend

This is from the backend of slave machine that has a frontend as well. 
Nothing shows up on the master backend.
