I'm wondering whether the delay is due to the fact tuner #2 is mixing
separate audio and video on the fly from your cable box and the delay
is introduced here, whereas the tuner and ATSC card are receiving
multiplexes signals. If you temporarily make tuner #2 another tuner
(i.e. put the coax feed on tuner #2 input, do you still see the audio
lag on tuner #2?
