Daniel

I don't know about Jafa, but I'm glad to provide any debug info thats
relevant.

The output from the scan looks like

2006-10-17 09:56:16.196 SIScan(ffffffff/0): Transport Scan Item 'QAM-256
Channel 80' #80
         mplexid(-1) standard(atsc) sourceid(1)
         UseTimer(0) scanning(0)
         timeoutTune(1000 msec)
         frequency(561000000) modulation(5) offset[0..2]: 0 0 0

The full output is voluminous and I'm attaching the transcript to the
copy sent to you directly

After the scan the channels show in the format for example

(Unnamed: 1800) (80#0) (zap)
(Unnamed: 1801) (80#1) (zap

which I'm told indicates that they are identified as analog. It does
find the right number of subchannels but the subchannel numbers are not
correct.

And again, if I bypass the scanning and manually add channels with the
right subchannel numbers and format (eg 80-201), the failure occurs when
I tune to the channel and it tries to demultiplex
