Yeechang,

I can't offer any good suggestions as the 4x20 displays I've seen so
far occupy 2 5 1/4" bays (e.g.
http://linuxcentral.com/catalog/index.php3?prod_code=M000-015&id=C1Cd3MfZmTRC6).
I too would be interested in finding a suitable 4-liner that fits a
single drive bay.

However, I note that linuxcentral.com do sell an LCD-less 5 1/4" bay
for fitting a suitable 2-line LCD/VFD device
(http://linuxcentral.com/catalog/index.php3?prod_code=M000-012&id=C1Cd3MfZmTRC6).
Perhaps a 4 line display unit is simply too tall to fit into a single
bay?

Apart from that, keeping an eye on the LCDproc supported hardware list
(http://lcdproc.omnipotent.net/hardware.php3) would prob be a good
idea.

Good luck,
Nick
