Another thing to think about - support. No offense to anyone, but I don't think
MythTV is 100% ready to give to non-technical people.  I think we'll have to wait for 
version 1.0 for that.

You're better of starting your own cable company and offer them all a generic
cable DVR's.  There's several mom & pop cable companies out there in small 
towns with less than 1000 subscribers.
