Nvram-wakeup with a reboot works for me (MSI K7T277 Pro2) but I tested the
ACPI suggestion to see if this is faster/easier. It works, as long as the pc
stays on the power. So shutdown the pc, pull the powercable, start it to
flush the last piece of power from the system, attach the powercable and it
will never come up automatically. Does this make sense or did I have bad luck
with the test (tested once) ?
