I can wholeheartedly recommend the AverMedia A180.  It is cheap at 
buy.com (like $80 last time I looked) and does a great job for me (I 
have 2 in my backend).  If you are considering dual HD tuners, you might 
want to look at the HDHomeRun which delivers two tuners via Ethernet so 
you don't even need to consume 2 slots.
