I'm just using the streams.res file in \..\.mythtv\mythstream. I haven't bothered to integrate it into mysql because it works as is. I just SSL into the box to make changes to that file. As a btw, I couldn't get mplayer to play mms:// streams because it kept defaulting to port 1755. It turns out that was a problem in the version of mplayer I was using. I hadn't upgraded mplayer in over a year because 'it worked'. Mythtv is great and Mythstream is a fanstastic plugin.
