[mythtv-users] Error parsing iconmap.xml

I've been searching the archives and Google, haven't seen a resolution 
to this issue. I've been trying to populate the channel icons in the 
guide. After running mkiconmap.pl per the docs, I attempt to run 
mythfilldatabase --import-icon-map iconmap.xml --update-icon-map, and I 
get the following:

I am running this from the master backend/frontend machine. Eyeballing 
iconmap.xml it looks OK, not sure where to start...
