[mythtv-users] Single key press on remote control produces multiple characters

Default value of repeat is 0, which tells the remote to ignore repeated 
keypresses ( http://www.lirc.org/html/configure.html#lircrc_format ).  
So, it's probably more appropriate to use a repeat of 0 for all but a 
few keys (i.e. volume is the only one (two) I have set to other than 0
