[mythtv-users] waiting for free video buffers timed out

HI!

I got the message "waiting for free video buffers timed out" from 
mythfrontend today while starting playing a prerecorded show took pretty 
long (10 seconds or so).

What does this message exactly mean? I have searched the archives, but 
found nothing that explains this.

Could this come from a slow hard disk? My hard disk has very slow 
reading every now and then lately.
