I personally have no issue w/ SVIDEO out on my Chaintech motherboard or 
SVIDEO out from an nVidia Geforce 440 based card.  I personally wouldn't 
recommend using the TV out of the 350, if you plan to play games, watch 
MPEG-4 (divx, xvid, etc. ) content.
