I believe you will find these are indicative of a busy pci
bus. I had 2 such cards on my machine, along with a ivtv
and scsi card. Used to get these errors often anytime both
cards were fired up along with the other devices.
When I start calculating, at 640x480 one bt card will
put 27MB/sec (640x480x3x30) on the pci bus, not counting the
sound or HD activity. Combine this with another heavy device
or 2, and pci bus saturation becomes a very real possibility
(133MB/sec max).
