Someone there pointed out the Niveus Media PC remote:

After looking at the Niveus remote, I'm thinking about getting it. It
is an RF remote for the computer, but it is also a universal IR remote
that can control TV, VCR, cable box, etc. The Niveus web page says
that it's a learning remote, so it should be able to learn how to
control your other devices from your existing remotes.
