[mythtv] Should eitfixup always fill in syndicatedepisodenumber ?

Thanks, I did not notice the replies in the other thread until now.

If I ever get around to submitting my patches, I'll leave the 
syndicatedepisodenumber alone for now, and I'll keep a lookout for 
changes in the schema on git head.
