Interesting, and good catch.  They didn't add that section 7 "additional 
terms" section to the text copy of the license in the source itself.

I'll still be in touch with them just to clarify.  I really don't want 
to end up having to maintain a separate code base for the player, but if 
that's what it takes, we can do that (and it'll be easier to maintain 
than the previous player).
