[mythtv] DVD playback sync issues

I'm probably one of the three reports Davin mentions below, and since 
that report I've put Davin's patches through many hours of TV watching 
(1080i, 720p, and MPEG2 recordings) and DVD watching over the last week 
or so, and I've seen no problems since the last patch.
