[mythtv] DVD playback sync issues

Hi,

Ticket #7067 is finally open again, which is great, because it was only 
fixed by a change (r22881, r22889) which got reverted in r22895.

I have now attached a patch to that ticket which applies against trunk 
and which resolves the original problem and the exposed bug described in 
ticket #7644 (which also got closed even though it was never fixed).

I've had three reports, not including my own testing, that this combined 
fix resolves the DVD playback issue without causing problems with 
liveTV, so I think it would be great if it could be applied.

If anyone wants more background there's plenty in the two tickets (7067 
and 7644), if anything there is unclear then I'm happy to explain.
