[mythtv] Changeset [14771] "Reduce excessive re-parsing of database settings" brakes backend

> mysql.txt  has the line "LocalHostName" commented away
> and DBHostName is set to localhost.

Just to eliminate strange errors,
also make sure that all your mysql.txt
files have the same information.

e.g. sudo find / -name mysql.txt


I just had a situation where root's one,
which mythbackend used, didn't match
mythtv's one (frontend).
