[mythtv] OSD Rendering Resolution

If you use the ChromaKey OSD as a side-effect the OSD is rendered @ screen
resolution.  Look in the wiki for how to use it.

Unfortunately, this has its own issues (beynond whether your hardware is
compatible), like DVD menu overlays are off by a bit because of the scaling
operations required to "find" the upscaled DVD images.
