[mythtv] Problems entering guide - problem found

If I make the GUI and LiveTV resolutions the same I can get to the guide
with no problem. So I have to go with my initial guess - when entering the
guide and the GUI resolution is less than the LiveTV resolution Myth
attempts to paint outside the window.
