[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1498: two small fixes for the OSD cache

I've been using the backport of this in 0.19 for several days now. From my
observations, this doesn't cache more than one OSD resolution at a time,
correct? In other words, when I switch from a DVB channel that's 480i to a
720p I still have to wait for the OSD to rescale. Is that correct?
