Umm, it isn't the first instance of duplicated code
in CC parsing. :) I've been slowly merging the different
decoders we use, but I didn't try to rip this out now.
Maybe for DVD's we need to tell the decoder to ignore
XDS. AFAIK They shouldn't have any XDS to begin with.
