[mythtv] disable deinterlacing for 720p

well, it should. but the state of the code prior to that patch
correctly identified 720p content as progressive -- so no deinterlacing
was done. i was being bothered by mpeg4 progressive videos which did
not get detected by the simple check that was there (looking at the
resolution).
you can try it, but if i were you i'd look into why your 720p content is
being deinterlaced first.
