[mythtv] HDTV in program guide, PIP

HDTV playback is getting much better, thanks to all the developers working on it! With Daniel's latest patch, LiveTV is working well.

...and that's the only reason I'm bringing up these minor display bugs:
In the LiveTV program guide (press S while showing LiveTV) the thumbnail picture from ATSC channels is distorted, either shifted to the right or showing just one quadrant.
In picture-in-picture, the aspect ratio for a 16:9 channel gets squashed in the inset window.

I'd say these are low priority updates.  Since recordings from these channels look good in the preview window on the "watch recordings" page, it seems the code exists to create live thumbnails at the right aspect ratio.  Can that same code be used in these inset windows?
