[mythtv] Duplicate frame weirdness with bob deinterlacer

 Well, I did a fresh CVS checkout (which is what I had done to compile the
version that was giving me those screens) and now it works even though I don't
see anything different. *shrug* ghost in the machine. I've even gone back 
and tried to recreate it and haven't been able to.
