[mythtv] [PATCH] add visiblerowlimit tag to theme.xml

Well personally I don't really like having to flip pages to see all
possible buttons and am still waiting for someone to make a theme where
all menu items fit on one screen ;-).

Visor actually has the menu I'm looking for and I always wondered why it
showed so few menu items when there was still lots of space left. I
suspected it was a hard-coded limit and so it was.

Now if only someone would fix the Visor theme ;-)
