[mythtv] [PATCH] add visiblerowlimit tag to theme.xml

How about the possibility to at least have some kind of background
image? Because simple rectangular buttons (alpha blended?) with plain
text on top of some kind pleasing-to-the-eye background image is exactly
what I'm looking for. (I _really_ don't like round buttons ;-)
