Cartoon Network, Discovery Channel? :-)

Besides some combination channels that show one thing in the morning and
a different thing in the evening. They are normally displayed like
ChannelX/ChannelY.

Hmmm, you may be right here, I had thought of it as a systemwide setting
and although I think it would almost never happen it _is_ a possibility
(foreign students living in the same house maybe? ;-)

Ok, so how about an easy setting where you can switch all date/time
related stuff between US and European formats, right now its a list of
several formats that you have to change.
