OK...
I rebooted the BE/FE system and changed the hardware clock to my current 
local time.

The new web interface STILL lists the start times in UTC.

I've never seen this before with the old Mythweb interface.
Again, I'm running v34-fixes on Ubuntu 24.04.

Every other app gets it correct.
